Welcome! We are a Christian non-profit organization that has been providing free medical and dental care to uninsured residents of the Winston-Salem, N.C. area since 1986. Patients are currently being seen at two different locations.
Rescue Mission Site
Hosted by the Winston-Salem Rescue Mission at 710 Trade Street open on Mondays and Thursdays from 7 to 9 am. Dental care (extractions only) is available on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month.

Southside Site
Hosted by Southside Baptist Church at 401 East Sprague Street
open on Tuesdays and Fridays from 7 to 9 am.
Spanish interpreters are available at this location.

A limited number of patients are seen at both clinics on a “first come first serve” basis. Our intention is to treat individuals who cannot afford to pay for their health care and do not have health insurance.
We are equipped to handle only minor conditions. For more complex medical problems, Downtown Health Plaza (336-713-9800) or Community Care Clinic (336-723-7904) should be considered. For emergencies, call 911 or proceed directly to an emergency room.
